Great section of trail that can get busy with hikers, bikers, runners, and dog walkers. It's rocky in places on pretty exposed to the elements so plan accordingly.

A nice little trail into the Irish Hills, whether on foot or mtb bike, especially in the rainy months when Froom Creek is flowing. When it is, look for the small waterfalls on the feeder creeks on the southern side of the creek.
