Newly opened road from Ranwu County all the way up to 3900 m, with new campsites, restaurant and toilet (not open yet), where the Chinese communists crossed the mountains from Yunnan to Sichuan in 1936. Part of so called patriotic or red travel for the Chinese. Good place to trek, cycle and camp.
