Patriotic murals were created on two blocks of flats at Powstańców Śląskich 7 and Orląt Lwowskich 6. This is due to the winning project submitted to the Ministry of National Defense - "Wall, but history on the way to school". It was an initiative of the community of the Maria Konopnicka Secondary School in cooperation with the Board of the Radom Housing Cooperative, which gave permission to paint patriotic murals.
The Management Board of the Radom Housing Cooperative has established cooperation with the Youth Development Association, which operates at the Maria Konopnicka Secondary School in Radom. After many consultations with the Cooperative, the Association, on behalf of the high school, took part in the competition announced by the Ministry of National Defense - "Wall, but history on the way to school".
