The Basilica of Our Lady of Licheń, incorrectly: Basilica of the Mother of the Sorrowful Queen of Poland – currently the largest church in Poland, located in the Greater Poland Voivodeship, in the Ślesin commune, in the town of Licheń Stary (near Konin). It is situated within the sanctuary of the Mother of the Sorrowful Queen of Poland in Licheń Stary, an important Catholic religious center in the country. The edifice was erected to commemorate the apparitions from 1813 and 1850–1852, witnessed by Tomasz Kłossowski and Mikołaj Sikatka.

The Basilica of Our Lady of Licheń is Poland's largest church and a significant pilgrimage site. Built between 1994 and 2004, it impresses with its monumental architecture, a 141-meter-high tower with observation decks, and houses the miraculous image of Mary, the “Sad Queen of Poland”.
