La Pietra is a very suggestive place, it is so particular that you can immediately recognize it even from afar, from its summit you can enjoy a unique view of the surrounding mountains. Climbing up on foot is not difficult following the paths, about 40 minutes from the parking lot below. It is also an important destination for those who practice climbing, both as a gym for beginners and experts.
At the base of the mountain there is a hermitage that can be visited, built attached to the rock, but you need to find out if it is open.
At La Pietra there are two places near the parking lot where you can stop to eat, a simpler one frequented by climbers and another that is a real restaurant with a beautiful terrace facing south, from which you can see the "Giant".
