The gables of the building are half built in the half-timbered construction, vertically boarded above. Two doors lead to the interior: the front one, located in the longitudinal wall under the arcaded projection, and the second one from the side of the yard. Triple, two-bay cottage. Inside: a passage hall, living and utility rooms. There is one fire system in the cottage, consisting of a black kitchen
