The palace was built in the second half of the 19th century in the style of an Italian villa, rebuilt at the beginning of the 20th century. Built on a rectangular plan, covered with a flat roof, with a basement, two-storey. Nearby, a landscape park with an area of 13.5 ha was created at the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries according to the design of Peter Joseph Lenne.
A village located in the Dolice commune of the Stargard district. It was mentioned for the first time in 1278, the beginnings of which date back to 1233, when it was founded in the area belonging to the Cistercians from Kołbacz. The fiefdoms of the Cistercians from Kołbacz were the von Wedel family from Chociwel, later the von Kremptzow family. The village belonged to the von Kremtzow family until the 18th century, when the village was divided into 4 parts, three of which with the property belonged to the von Kremtzow family, and 1/4 of the land belonged to the von Wegener family. In the 18th century, Joachim Bernd von Kremtzow was mentioned. In the second half of the 18th century, the estate was in the hands of the von Wedel family - mentioned Leopold Christoph von Wedel. Probably some of the goods pass through inheritance into the hands of the von Glasenapp family. At the end of the first half of the 19th century, the estate passed into the hands of the von Schlieffen-Soldikow family and belonged to this family until 1945. The following are mentioned: Countess Virginie Charlotte von Schliffen (1846), Hans Heinrich Count von Schlieffen (1920s-30s).
