What a beautiful beach for a swim. We reached here in the late afternoon hot and sweaty, and left an hour or so salty and refreshed!

There are some good dunes to get changed behind if you need, before running into the cooling sea.

Apparently the cafe here is really good, but alas we were too late to catch it.

To head north from here, there's a footpath up to a farm, so you can walk and push your bike up from the beach to rejoin the road.

The footpath up to the farm as of late May 2022 had a gate with a chain on it!! To make it super hard to get a bike through. There is no other obvious / easy way up either from there. The bike push up the hill is also hard going, once you get past the gate. Someone needs to get that chain removed.
