Jackson Glacier Overlook is one of the best views of a glacier on the Going-to-the-Sun Road. In 1966, Jackson Glacier measured 316 acres but by 2015 it had receded 187 acres.
Jackson Glacier is visible from the parking area and road, and is where Gunsight Lake begins.
