Saint-Hippolyte is a small, traffic-technically important place. It is located at the mouth of the Dessoubre in the Doubs, so from here both valleys, which is ideal for the bike tour planning. In the beautiful town center - although quite traffic-burdened - it has plenty of opportunities to recover with coffee and a meal. Not unimportant in the Franche-Comté, where it has little infrastructure.
