Col Ferret is the Alpine pass between the Aosta Valley in Italy and the Valais Canton in Switzerland. It is crossed by the Tour du Mont Blanc route, and many hikers cross it daily during the summer months.
The steep ascent on the Italian side is quite tough; the Swiss side is gentle and easy.
Near it is the Petit Col Ferret, at an elevation of 2,490 meters, which separates the Mont Blanc massif from the Pennine Alps.

Beautiful Alpine pass between Italy and Switzerland, transit point of the Tour de Mont Blanc.
Access is via a wide path and approximately 700m of altitude difference.
