The Groundhog Creek Shelter area comes equipped with picnic tables, a sleeping shelter, and a privy. This is as common of a day-use spot as it is an overnight pitstop. Bears are common in this area, and this shelter area has bear bag hangs available. There is also running water right next to the camp.
