The Barthes are natural wetlands rich in biodiversity located on the banks of the Adour. In winter they are flooded during the flooding of the river. They have become a nesting place for many pairs of storks with the particularity of building their nests on the pillars of the catenaries of the TGV Bordeaux / Hendaye line. You will also come across a few herds of cattle and horses (the Barthais). The track is passable by VTC, Gravel or mountain bike but not by road bike.
