This trailhead marks the eastern terminus of the Jacksonville-Baldwin Rail Trail, which offers about 15 miles (24 km) of paved, tree-lined cycling path to its far end, or 30 miles (48 km) in a round-trip. The trail is so straight because it was built on an old railbed. Please watch out for walkers, joggers, and in-line skaters, who all share the same trail with you.
