This marks the southern terminus of the A1A Ocean Islands Trail. You can continue cycling on the East Coast Greenway if you're heading south, or cycle north on the A1A Ocean Islands Trail, which continues some 40 miles (64 km) in total.

For some portions of this trail you also have a choice between the A1A Ocean Islands Trail and the East Coast Greenway, as they sometimes run parallel to each other.
