This refuge, located near the Mirador de Miramón from which we have views of all of Jubierre, has tables inside and on the porch. Be careful because there is not always water in the shelter.

It was once used as a shelter for shepherds and farmers, protecting them from the wind, rain, and intense sun that characterizes this area.
Built of stone and very simply, the shelter blends perfectly into the arid, open landscape. Although no longer in regular use today, it still serves its purpose for cyclists and hikers who need a respite from a tough, exposed route.
