The church is located in the western part of the village - multi-road, within the active municipal cemetery. It was built in 1844-45 by the then pastor Dr. Regensburg and the owner of the village, commercial counselor Georg Theodor Neumann. The new sacral building was consecrated on the third Sunday of Advent, December 14, 1855. The church was built of split stone, without a tower, and covered with a gable roof. Inside - on the altar wall, there are 2 stained glass windows depicting the Baptism of Christ and the Dispatch of the Apostles (1898). On the gallery, there is an organ from 1845 with a preserved original mechanism and a prospectus with pipes. Next to the church there is an active cemetery covered with deciduous trees, e.g. weeping ashes. A free-standing belfry with an open wooden structure and a bell from 1613. From 1535 to 1945, the church in Zajezierze was the seat of an Evangelical parish. After World War II, it was taken over by Catholics.
