There are 210 steps to the great view.

For its height, it is a rather filigree construction, on logs. On the top platform you can also see how it works and fluctuates slightly.
Bicycle racks were forgotten here on the spot though. Ascension is free and really worth it.

You get a great view of Kehl, Strasbourg, the Vosges mountains and Black Forest. It's worth the climb, with 220 steps. It moves / flexes a bit (as it should) which can be a bit disconcerting if you're not into heights!
