The simply designed Grenchner Zwingli Church was the first church to be built by the Grenchen-Bettlach Reformed Community. The hall church, which is traditionally designed in its basic structure, was designed by the famous Bernese architect Karl Indermühle, who also worked as Berner Munster architect, among other things. However, the reformed church community had to wait a while before their church could finally be inaugurated in 1924.
