It's not actually an open-air church, but rather the fourth reflection point: Brother Fire, and is a specially designed place along the Way of St. Francis. It was created by the Scout troop of the Taufers parish and incorporates the element of fire as a symbol of strength, renewal, and spiritual passion.

At the center of the reflection point is a brick fireplace, with seating arranged around it. The adjacent rock face depicts the descent of the Holy Spirit upon Mary and the disciples. The biblical verse is fitting:

"I have come to cast fire upon the earth. How glad I would be if it were already ablaze."

This place invites hikers to linger in the silence of nature, to pray, or to meditate. The seating offers space for communal devotion or simply a break along the trail. The connection between nature and faith can be experienced here in a special way.
