The baroque-style parish church is open daily and is over 300 years old. It is particularly well attended when the fruit blossoms and in the summer months, also because of the organ and the grave of the world-famous organ builder Arp Schnitger, who lived in Neuenfelde.

For more than fifty years, the Neuenfeld Organ Music has been taking place on the first Sunday from April to December (every day at 4.30 p.m., free entry, donations at the exit).

Worship services are usually held at 9:30 a.m. on Sundays.

As a rule, the children's church takes place in the parish hall on the first Sunday of the month, parallel to the service in the church. On the first Sunday of the month, a "classic" service is also celebrated with communion. Baptisms take place during Sunday services by prior arrangement.

      St. Pancratius:

The church was built as a brick hall with a three-sided east end. The room is seven-axis with entrances in the west and in the transverse axis. Nothing remains of the previous building.

After the end of the Thirty Years' War, an economic heyday began in Neuenfelde, which meant that the former small church was to be replaced by a new one. Provost Johann Hinrich von Finckh, who is also the pastor of the church, took on the task of organizing the new building. In 1679, the planning and approvals had been obtained to such an extent that fundraising and the purchase of materials could then begin. The final reconstruction of the church began in 1682 (laying of the foundation stone May 13, 1682, consecration December 3, 1682). The old church was demolished first to make room for the new building. The master builder was Matthias Wedel from Stade, who employed four construction companies at the same time in order to shorten the construction time of the new church. Away from the new building, the tower of the old church was left standing. This remained until a lightning strike in 1786. In 1841, today's tower was built on the western front of the new building.

The ceiling painting from 1863 comes from H. Berichau and H. Chr. Wördenhoff from Hamburg. A cloudy sky can be seen above the side baluster parapets, in which there are decoratively arranged pairs of angels and putti. They bear symbols and inscribed bands or cartouches relating to the religious life of the rural communities. Above the altar wall is the Last Judgment. Christ enthroned on a rainbow, the earth beneath his feet. Mary and John the Baptist kneel as intercessors.
