The cycle path that leads from Baunach meets a harmonious ensemble in Laimbach: on the one hand there is a cross that has been proven here since the middle of the 19th century, the field altar with crucifix of which has finally received due recognition after the completion of the bypass road - B 279. Once a year, on the prayer days in May, it is the focus of an ancient tradition, the so-called prayer walks, which start at St. Nicholas Church in Reckendorf.
