Manor (villa) of the owner of the mill in Kluczewo - German Klützow In Kluczewo, next to the estate, where a sugar factory was later built, there was an independent mill. In 1798, its owners obtained rent in gold and grain. In 1868, the estate with the mill had 25 morgens of land. In 1892, Ernst Wendhausen became the owner of the estate. At the beginning of the 1920s von Seckendorff became the owner of the property and the sugar factory. In 1934, in the area of the mill, there was an estate called New Mill. At ul. There is a manor (villa) belonging to the owner of the mill. It is a two-storey eclectic building with neo-baroque features, with a façade emphasized by a pseudorisalit crowned with a tympanum. Currently, the building serves residential functions. In the vicinity there is a devalorized park with an area of 0.9 ha. The facility is accessible from the outside. There is one more manor building in Kluczewo - the manor (villa) of the owner of the sugar factory in Kluczewo.
