The church in Bralęcin (German: Brallentin) was built in the 15th century on a rectangular plan, made of field stones and bricks. The building did not have a tower, and the function of the belfry was taken over by a free-standing structure located on the western side of the church. The windows and the portal were rebuilt in the 19th century.
In 1906, epitaphs were made in the form of wooden plaques with gilded inscriptions for members of the von Saldern family - patrons of the church. The church was not damaged during the war, after 1945 it stood abandoned until it was renovated in the second half of the 20th century.
Currently, the church has no historic equipment, the von Saldern epitaphs are in the Archeological and Historical Museum in Stargard. The old belfry has not survived either, in its place a bell-signal was hung on a steel structure covered with a roof
