Road cycling
Great track for training. Little traffic and few side streets. A lap is about 5km and at ~10min is a good distance for interval training. The only thing to be careful of is the sharp right-hand bend into Gündiger Weg, as the trees make it difficult to see the traffic coming from the right. The circuit can be easily reached from Obermenzing, Untermenzing, Allach, Moosach and Dachau and is completely flat.
