The Wotansborn is a source taken in 1912 on the Erlesbach in Steigerwald. After him, an approximately 200-year-old, only two acres long beech wood tree named.
As this beech stand is no longer used, numerous biotope trees were able to develop in varying degrees of maturity, giving the visitor the impression of a natural forest.
