Best Hikes to Pölvenkreuz (Häringerkreuz)

Tips

  • The Pölvenkreuz or Häringerkreuz is the westernmost peak of Pölven on the Bad Häringer side, hence the name. At 1477 m, it is also the lowest of the main peaks of Pölven. From here you have a great view over the Inn Valley in the direction of Innsbruck and the villages in it such as Wörgl and Kirchbichl and the mountains that frame the Inn Valley in the direction. If the visibility is good, you can also see the Rofan and Karwendel mountains.
