Tips
It almost looks like the tower of the castle. ☺️ This is the former gate tower of the city fortifications from 1332 at the Sülztor. City prison from 1735 until the 20th century. The gate was demolished in 1821.

The city tower used to be part of the east-facing Sülztor, which was used as the city prison from 1753.
