The start is at the Stertschultenhof, from here we cross the main road and turn left on the new cycle path in the direction of Eslohe. After about 100 m at the crossroads we turn left into the Henninghauser Senke and uphill to the next crossroads. Here turn right to the tar road (Landenbeck/Henninghausen), turn right again and after 100 m turn left. Uphill to the wayside shrine and then right here.

Follow this path, up a steep incline, to the T-junction. Turn right here, back to the tarred road. Then right and shortly after left into the forest. Follow the C6 to the tar road (beginning of Cobbenrode). Here through the lower village, on the left is the foot bath, to the B55. Turn right here and return to the starting point.
