Wesenufer (old spelling Wesenurfahr) is a market on the Danube in the Innviertel, Upper Austria, a cadastral community and the largest town in the municipality of Waldkirchen am Wesen in the Schärding district. The town has 220 inhabitants.
The historic Wesenufer market is located on the south bank, in the valley of the Danube through the Bohemian Massif, with the Mühlviertel in the north and the Sauwald in the south.

Marsbach Castle is a castle in the Danube Valley south of Marsbach near Hofkirchen in the Mühlkreis in Upper Austria. The castle is the oldest aristocratic residence in the upper Mühlviertel. From the complex, which has the character of a fortress, you can see the Danube from Niederranna to the Schlögener Schlinge. This was of great importance for the feuding knights resident there, today referred to for short as robber barons.
