Ätradalsleden stretches from Falköping in the north to Falkenberg in the south, where it flows into Kattegattleden. The northern part of the route runs exclusively over the railway embankment between Falköping and Ambjörnarp. Trains have not run here for many years and the embankment is now a flat, paved bike path.
