Yaquitepec, "House of the Sun" in Yaqui, is the site of writer Marshal South's home, which he built himself, in the 1930. Transporting all building materials necessary by himself to this isolated oasis in the desert, He lived with his Wife and their three children until 1946, after a bitter divorce.
