You can go there for a walk, but by bike it gets pretty tight during the day - it feels like all Detmeroder dog owners and joggers come here. A couple of fast laps with the bike (whether racing bike, gravel or the like) is hardly possible here.
The flooring is partly very good (smooth asphalt) but partly also very uneven and broken (inline skiers have to keep their eyes open here).
