Aukštojas is a hill located in the village of Juozapinė, ~24 km southeast of Vilnius, near the Belarusian border, 3.5 km southwest of Medininkų, in the moraine massif of Medininkų upland, in the Juozapinė reserve. Aukštoja is the highest point in Lithuania. Height above sea level 293.84 m.
