A different experience than the original poster. Do motorized vehicles use the trail? Yes. But, rom my experience, they try to keep the trail maintained, a difficult task. Overall, in 2021 and 2023, I found the trail to be good quality (as the photo shows) in comparison to other sections of the BC Trail.
