Black Mountain Summit Road is a popular out-and-back 4WD road that climbs to a saddle below East Peak, the east summit of Black Mountain. This particular section runs from White Mountain Road to a connector trail/forest road (35E310) that links up to Montenegro Spring Road (35E311).
