As the street name "Schöne Aussicht" already suggests, from here and the Feenteichbrücke you actually have wonderful views of the Feenteich and the Außenalster. The stone lion figures, the granite parapet and the Hamburg coat of arms were given to the bridge, a brick arch with an eight-meter span, when two old harbor bridges were built in 1884. Until then, there had only been a simple wooden walkway.
