On the forest track, look out for the small pile of stones that indicate a turning for Resourie bothy. Here, you'll enter a dense woodland section using a narrow footpath to traverse the last 1,300 feet (400 m).
Prepare for a small stream crossing, which is possible by bike if you take panniers off and cross the water using the large stones.
