The knight and ducal steward Kaspar Winzerer III. Brantenberg and Retenfelden (1475-1542) dedicated the cast-iron monument of the same name in front of the nursing home (Marktstrasse 59) in 1887. In the parish church, a magnificent tombstone made of red marble behind the high altar commemorates this most important caretaker.
