The von Arnim-Kröchlendorff family commissioned the construction of the Woddow manor at the end of the 18th century. The next tenants and owners were the Flügge and Birkenstaedt families. The latter owned it until 1945. After the expropriation, the manor housed flats, offices, a retail outlet and a restaurant. In 1998 the house was renovated. It is in private use.
