Golden Hills is an ancient settlement in the Rostov region, east of the city of Novocherkassk. The settlement is located east of the city of Novocherkassk near the Kamyshnaya gully, on a hill, between the villages of Bessergenevskaya and Melikhovskaya, in the floodplain of the Aksai River (the right arm of the Don), on its right bank.
