Church built in 1867/68 by C. W. Hase, last renovated in 1992, tower 15th century, baptismal font from the 15th century.
The font founder Justus Erich Walbaum (1768-1837), creator of the "Walbaum Scripture", in the z. For example, the large English newspapers were printed, was the son of the Steinlaher pastor Johann Erich Walbaum.

The oldest building in the town is the church tower, on the north-west corner of which the year 1447 is carved, which is probably the year the tower was built. The nave was replaced in 1867 and 1868 by a new building, the plans of which came from the Hanoverian consistory architect Conrad Wilhelm Hase (1818 to 1902), who also planned the Wartjenstedt church a few years later. The local curator wrote a chronicle about the history of the Steinlaher church and its pastors. A Protestant pastor can be traced back to the times of the Reformation in Steinlah.
