Mountain biking
Someone probably died at this spot - an inscription on a stone at least suggests this. The best way to get there is via the Schafhof to the Gültlinger summit cross and a path then leads further ↘️ to the Gültlinger Lake or to a high-altitude path that runs below.
Beautiful, quiet place with a bench for a break.

Mountain biking
The Protestant regional church of Württemberg also holds services here (“Church in the Green”). That should be mentioned for the sake of completeness.
Someone has put up a small memorial stone next to the bench. For anyone who - like me - is wondering about the background: The stone is probably dedicated to a former Calw karate teacher and master who had a fatal motorcycle accident in the fall of 2001 at the age of 29.
