An interesting stopover if you are on the way to Keri or Agios Sostis. This is not only a museum but also a manufacturing olive press.
The museum pieces are set up outside on the site and show the complete manufacturing process. Inside is the modern facility which can also be visited and the products can be tasted. There is even a guided tour in German and English.

The Aristeon Olive Oil Museum (often also referred to as Aristeon Ecological Olive Press) is a popular excursion destination in the village of Lithakia, offering visitors an insight into the history and modern production of olive oil on the island.

In the outdoor and indoor areas of the museum, you can view original equipment and techniques for olive oil production, such as grinding stones from the French Alps.

In addition to the historical exhibits, the museum also showcases the modern technology used today for the production of high-quality olive oil.
