Built of field stones, it houses a copy of the Licheń pieta, designed and made by Wojciech and Marcin Ziemnicki from Starachowice. The intention of its creation is best explained by a quote from the plaque placed on the chapel wall: "In the two thousandth year of Christ's birth, a small Golgotha was founded by Fr. Tadeusz Jędra as a modest votive of gratitude for saving him from death during the war and for the special care of the Mother of God in the most difficult moments of his life.

Who was Monsignor Tadeusz Jędra? He was born on February 3, 1923 in Brzustów. During the war, he was active in the resistance movement - first in the National Military Organization, later in the Home Army. As he himself said, his war experiences directly influenced his decision to become a priest. He performed pastoral service in Radom, Rzeczniów and Starachowice, where he also served as the chaplain of "Solidarity". After retiring, he returned to his family home in Brzustów. He died on February 27, 2006.

On the commemorative plaque - in addition to the intention of its erection - names and surnames of all those who took part in erecting the Little Golgotha and priests participating on October 8, 2000 in the ceremony of consecration of the chapel were mentioned.
