The Cala D'Ostia tower is located in Santa Margherita, a small hamlet of Pula, renowned for its beaches, camping and, of course, the tower.
Built by the Spanish in 1601, it was built with the aim of defending and monitoring the kingdom. Located near the Coltellazzo di Nora tower, it overlooks the cove known as "Cala De Hostia," or the mouth of the river, to the west.
