While it is generally forbidden to climb volcanoes in Lanzarote because you leave a lot of tracks there, this small volcano, which can be reached from a road through private property, which is apparently uninhabited, is accessible. There is a small place of worship at the summit, numerous volcanic vents in the area...

Hiking
Even if komoot doesn't show a path here, you can walk from the road just behind the Cueva de Carmelo past a chain on a comfortable trail to this small but worth seeing volcano and from there return south to the main path. Nicer, and even a shortcut.
