The HARP supergun was an 1960’s experimental project to launch satellites cheaply, by Canadian military scientist Gerald Bull. Largely successful but never fully commissioned, Bull backed the wrong person famously helping Saddam Hussein and was later assassinated, presumably by MOSSAD!
