The memorial on the Wachtberg was erected in 1921 on the east slope of the Wachtberg in honor of those who died in World War I. You can enter the monument through a gate in the rubble wall, inside there is a chapel. From the monument you have a great view over the Drachenfelser Ländchen to the southern Siebengebirge.
