Chapel to Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati

From the Flora Alpina refuge, take the path that starts right behind it and climbs sharply in a NE direction through a sparse larch forest. After about 10 minutes you leave the wood and follow trail 694 (indicated as "Alta Via dei Pastori“). The road continues until you reach the center of the numerous buildings. Here the route turns right and descends as far as the stream (bridge then go up the slope, following the signs on the posts for Forca Rossa. You will soon reach the characteristic wooden capital, located near the ford of the stream, dedicated to Blessed Piergiorgio Frassati. Once you reach the capital, you can continue freely towards Forca Rossa and make a loop descending towards the Fuciade Refuge and then back to the Flora Alpina
